Meeting the immediate energy demand for off-grid markets

Seatres Power AS have developed the SeaKraft power-ship design as a response to an increasing demand for the provision of immediate and reliable electricity to off-grid locations globally. Our offering is to lease SeaKraft units on a turn-key build-own-operate basis, providing kilowatt-hours under standard take-or pay or IPP contracts.

Energy efficient delivery of kWh, minimal beach footprint

The “SeaKraft” floating power plant is designed as a conversion of an autonomous ocean-going vessel. The unit will be moored at shore for the provision of up to 70MW energy to meet short or long-term demand for up to 500 GWh annually (per unit). Due to the remote operational locations and our customers’ requirement for financial optimization, the safety, reliability and energy efficiency of the system are our key success drivers.
